Shipping and Returns

Returns- If there is a problem with an item and you wish to send it back.


     The item must be in the manufacturer's original packaging in the same condition as you received it and include all packaging material. For example, on new equipment (if applicable): the instruction manual, inserts including any and all Styrofoam, plastic bags, and unfilled warranty cards. We will inspect it when we receive it. If the item is not in satisfactory condition, like the way in which it was received by you, we will not accept it and it will be returned to you. Please be aware there is a 10% restocking fee on returned merchandise unless you have made previous arrangements with us prior to return. To have this 10% waived, call us first and we will issue a return authorization as necessary.

  • * Original shipping is not refundable. On shipments where we paid the shipping there will be a deduction from your refund to cover that original shipping expense.
  • * Blister pack items if opened, will not be accepted as a return item.
  • * Defective items: If you receive any defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the shipment so that we can arrange to exchange it for you. Please contact us BEFORE shipping it back. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, we will send the exchanged item at our expense!
  • * Special Order Items: These items are not returnable. If it is an initially defective item, we will contact the manufacturer and get it exchanged for you.
